The Jewish Nutritional Network, functioning as an arm of the Social Action Committee, continues to provide meals for our community homeless – families and individuals who have been victims of economic, physical, as well as social misfortunes. Every Sunday morning, a group of dedicated volunteers, prepare and deliver a nutritious lunch at an approximate cost to JNN of one dollar per individual. This program is totally dependent upon contributions. Your support would be greatly appreciated by JNN but, perhaps more importantly, by the recipients of this service.

The volunteers of the Jewish Nutritional Network are reaching a new milestone – providing our 270,000th meal as a lifeline for families truly in need. Every Sunday, in the HJC dairy kitchen, we prepare then deliver a nourishing meal to families housed in local motels. We also provide 40 meals for an after school program for children whose families are at risk. Please consider making a donation to the JNN’S continuing effort and/or volunteer. JNN needs drivers to deliver meals on Sunday mornings. Please consider this worthwhile experience to help families in need. Contact Rob for all the details.
