Welcome to the High Holidays at HJC! We encourage our membership to return to our spiritual home to celebrate the High Holidays together!
FAMILY SERVICES AND CHILDREN’S PROGRAMMING
We are offering Family Services and Children’s Programming for ALL 3 DAYS of the 2024 High Holidays! October 3, 4, & October 12th from 10 am – 12 pm. For any questions regarding our High Holiday programming for families, please contact Gina Giuffre at hjcrsdirector@hjcny.org.
- 10 am – Family services led by Religious School Director Gina Giuffre
- 11 am – Fun activities for kids ages 3+ run by experienced teachers/counselors.

Registration is REQUIRED to attend the Family Services and Children’s Programming & Babysitting:
- Click here to enroll in our Family Service and/or Buzz Program (High Holiday Children’s Activities)
- Click here to enroll your child in babysitting during the High Holidays
- Complimentary Babysitting will be offered from 10 AM – Noon during the Family Service & Buzz program ONLY for children aged 2 – to age 3 on (Oct 3, 4th and 12th)
- Complimentary Babysitting will be offered on Kol Nidre (Oct 11) from 6:15 PM- 8:30 PM ONLY for children 2 years of age and up
- Complimentary Babysitting will be offered on Yom Kippur (Oct 12) from 4:15 PM – through the end of Neilah ONLY for children 2 years of age and up

SELICHOT
Saturday, September 28th, beginning at 8:00 PM with Havdalah
Join us for a night of learning, memorializing, and praying as we prepare for the upcoming High Holidays. The program begins at 8 pm with some pre-High Holiday learning with Rabbi Rosin, followed by a dedication of memorial plaques, and then concluding with a memorable Selichot service in the sanctuary.
